Globeateliê supported coworking company COhatch with design and architectural services in their national expansion, working in truly unique sites as the brand focused heavily on urban adaptive reuse. From technical detailing in challenging historic structures to playful variations on environmental graphics for local flavor, we enjoyed working with COhatch’s creative and resourceful design team.

Globeatelie associates come from a variety of backgrounds: architecture, graphic design, construction, branding, and corporate consulting. Due to our diversified experience, we were able to offer COhatch some new and unique perspectives on their expansion endeavors, from site visits for real estate insights, to leading complex discussions with local authorities on proposed building usage and occupancy expectations.

Distinctive Locations

In Milford OH, we helped the brand transform a former car repair shop with a 2nd-floor deck and a riverside fishing shack. In St. Petersburg FL, we reinvigorated a four-story hundred- year-old former hotel and factory with a cheery bar and restaurant, including a stunning two-story dining area with a mezzanine platform for exclusive access to event spaces.

Custom Solutions

In Beachwood, we supported the reuse of dead mall space with COhatch coworking and North High Brewing restaurant and showcase brew display, capturing existing architectural features and reusing them with minimal impact to save on cost and approach demolition sustainably.
