Globeateliê successfully manages Bath & Body Works’ global projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance while maintaining high-quality standards. This helped the brand to expand its reach and solidify its position as a leader in the bath and beauty industry.

We use online cooperative platforms where all the team players around the world can share, track and review information on the same document reducing the email clutter to a minimum.

Management

Success in this challenging historical protected location was achieved by building a robust team of specialized consultants and vendors, defining clear roles and responsibilities, setting up weekly project review meetings and conference calls, establishing efficient communication channels, and implementing digital progress tracking systems. These measures allowed us to adapt quickly to changes and ensure smooth project management.

And maintenance

Gâ implemented a resilience plan in response to the client's request to minimize store closures or customer discomfort. In addition to store execution, they established two maintenance programs. The first is a preventative schedule covering fire alarm, HVAC, and more. The second is a web platform for reporting issues and requesting repairs, streamlining maintenance and approval processes.
