Globeateliê is in search of a full-time associate to support ideation and management of brand environments for national and global brands, leading project teams and managing client accounts.
Candidate must have at least ten years’ experience (fifteen+ preferred) in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead programs with select retail and restaurant/bar clients, serving as key point of client contact while supporting business development (Client Manager)
- Manage internal project teams and schedules on individual projects and/or larger programs and initiatives
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing technical and industry knowledge to support the greater growth of the company
- Support business development through growth of existing client accounts and onboarding of new contacts
- Lead individual projects through all phases, from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Contract Administration
- Develop designs to scale through various software applications, hand sketching, and materials research
- Coordinate with internal and external consultants and production team members
Required Skills:
- Broad understanding of construction and architectural detailing
- At least ten years’ (fifteen + preferred) experience in an architectural firm, interior design firm, or similar setting
- Experience in project and/or program management
- Retail and/or restaurant experience strongly preferred
- Architectural license, or progress in pursuing architectural license through NCARB; alternately NCIDQ certification, or progress in its pursuit is preferred
- Code research and permitting due diligence experience preferred
- Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Revit and/or Adobe Suite preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, Excel, Monday.com or other project management/production software preferred
